My Story

For over 20 years, I was a Red Seal automotive technician. I lived and breathed the shop floor—the smell of grease, the satisfaction of a perfectly diagnosed problem, and the camaraderie of the team. I know what it takes to fix a car right.

But my journey didn't stop there. I took that same diagnostic mindset and applied it to building and running multiple successful businesses outside of the auto industry. I learned firsthand about payroll, marketing, inventory systems, and—most importantly—profitability.

I created The Profit Wrench because I saw too many brilliant mechanics and shop owners who were masters of their craft but were getting crushed by the business itself. They were working harder, not smarter.

My approach is different. I combine two decades of hands-on, Red Seal technical expertise with proven business acumen. I don't just give you theory; I give you practical, battle-tested systems designed for the real world of an independent shop.
